• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and updates patient information and vital signs in charts.
• Performs clinical tasks including medication and/or vaccine administration.
• Sets up and assists with in-office clinical procedures; prepares specimens for testing.
• Coordinates patient care with in-house specialties and community resources.
• Documents accurately in patients' charts and maintains HIPAA confidentiality.
