Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or transfer date required.
• Medical Assistant within 90 days of hire date or transfer date required.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Professional licensure/certification can substitute education/experience if applicable.
• Women's health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Support: Assist providers with patient examinations, measure vital signs, and execute ordered treatments under supervision.
• Clinical & Administrative Flow: Prepare treatment rooms, maintain a clean environment, manage basic materials ordering and stocking.
• Accurate Documentation: Interview patients for medical history, chart information, and transcribe orders for labs, imaging, and medications.
• Front-Office Management: Handle clerical duties, answer calls, and maintain patient records to support smooth flow.
