Jackson Physician Search has an outstanding OB/GYN opportunity in Monterey County, California, joining a practice of 8 OB/GYNs. The role offers a 4- or 5-day work week, or part-time option, with 24/7 laborist support and call 1:9.

The compensation package features a base salary of $450,000 plus a wrvu productivity bonus that can push earnings beyond $575,000, plus a $100,000 recruiting bonus and PSLF eligibility. Excellent healthcare benefits and retirement plan are included.

Qualifications

• 4 or 5 day work week (also part-time)
• Laborist support 24/7
• Call 1:9
