Job summary

Jackson Physician Search partners with an award-winning hospital in the Monterey Bay Area to recruit an Ob/Gyn Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. The team includes 8 Ob/Gyns and 1 NP, seeking a candidate with at least 1.5–2 years of experience beyond training.

The role offers 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours weekly, no call, and a compensation package around $200k+ ($158k–$193k base + productivity incentives), plus relocation and comprehensive benefits in a stunning

Responsibilities

• Mix of clinic duties and first assisting in gynecologic surgeries.
• Assist in cesarean section deliveries and post-op inpatient rounding.
