Pediatrix Medical Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an experienced OB-GYN Hospitalist Medical Director to lead the development and long-term success of this growing program. As Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership, strategic direction, and oversee an in-house team of OB-GYN hospitalists, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and program compliance across the service line.

Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts; Team: 1 Medical Director + 4 hospitalists; Location: Fort

Qualifications

• BC/BE OB-GYN required.

Responsibilities

OB Hospitalist Medical Director Opportunity in Growing Dallas/Fort Worth Market!

Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital has a rich history in North Texas as a Level III Trauma Center, Advanced Acute Heart Attack Ready Center and Advanced Primary Stroke Center, serving the communities of Arlington, Kennedale, Dalworthington Gardens, Pantego, Mansfield and Grand Prairie advanced life-saving care close to home. The hospital services include comprehensive cardiac care, women's services with full-service breast center and advanced imaging, joint replacement, orthopedics, rehabilitation services, cancer services, and advanced wound care. The hospital is also certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an advanced Level III Maternal and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing specialized care to our tiniest patients.

We are are seeking an experienced OB-GYN Hospitalist Medical Director to lead the development and long-term success of this program.

Medical Director Role Overview

As Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for this OB-GYN Hospitalist program. You'll partner closely with hospital leadership to ensure a high-performing, collaborative, and patient-centered service.
