Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Ob/Gyn hospitalists to join our Redwood City, CA team. These 24-hour in-house shifts cover new practice coverage launching 11/1/2026, with emphasis on Board Certified physicians holding an active CA license.

The position is W-2, with compensation starting at $200 per hour and incentives up to $250 per hour. Travel reimbursement is provided for those outside a commutable distance; PTO and holiday benefits do not apply for per diem staff.

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

This position is W-2.

Compensation: The pay for this position starts at $ 200.00/hour and with shift incentive up to $250/hour
