We are launching a brand‑new OB‑GYN Hospitalist program at Sequoia Hospital and are seeking four OB‑GYN Hospitalists plus one OB‑GYN Hospitalist Medical Director to help build and shape this exciting service line from the ground up.
Support patients throughout the continuum of obstetric and gynecologic care, including patient admissions, labor and delivery, surgical procedures, inpatient consults, and post‑partum care while working in a team‑based model. For the Medical Director role, provide clinical leadership, guide program development, and drive quality initiatives.
We are also seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership, guide program development and drive quality initiatives. Prior leadership experience preferred.
Pay Range Based on Hours: Annual compensation is $312,000 - $438,000. Medical Director stipend is $25,000.
Regular full‑time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full‑time team members are eligible for the following:
Team members at least 21 years old and active full‑time or part‑time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan’s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Team members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Sick Leave: Eligible full‑time team members receive a lump‑sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full‑time team member receives a prorated grant after working for 90 days. The lump‑sum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the next. The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
