Job summary

The University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Section of General Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking full-time Clinical Associates to provide outpatient care at Crown Point, IN and inpatient care at Hyde Park, IL. Appointees will join the obstetrics inpatient call group and participate in gynecology service, with no teaching obligation.

Appointments are renewable for up to three years.

Qualifications

• Must have medical doctorate or equivalent.
• Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and Indiana.
• Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care at Crown Point, Indiana.
• Provide inpatient clinical care at the University of Chicago main campus in Hyde Park, Illinois.
• Spend at least 40% of clinical time at Crown Point, IN.

OBGYN Generalist Clinical AssociatesSalary Range: $250,000 to $340,000 per year

The University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Section of General Obstetrics and Gynecology, is searching for full-time Clinical Associates for renewable terms of up to three years. Appointees will be responsible for outpatient clinical care at our Crown Point, Indiana location, and inpatient clinical care at our main campus in Hyde Park. At least 40% of the appointees' clinical time will be spent in Crown Point, Northwest Indiana. Appointees will be members of the obstetrics inpatient call group and will also participate in gynecology service. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity.

Compensation is dependent upon qualifications. These positions are benefits eligible. Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must:

1. have a medical doctorate or equivalent
2. hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and State of Indiana
3. be Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
