A large, well‑established, and collegial group practice in Nashville is seeking a resident or practicing OB/GYN to join their team. The group provides full‑scope obstetrics and gynecology services and is looking for a physician who values compassionate, patient‑centered care and thrives in a team‑oriented environment.
Physicians work 3.5 days in the office per week, with a dedicated half‑day of surgery and a post‑call day off. Call is 1:6 and taken from home - offering an exceptional quality‑of‑life balance.
The group admits to a full‑service hospital featuring a Level III nursery and in‑house specialty coverage, including laborists and on‑site support from Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology. Physicians maintain a robust GYN surgical panel with access to the da Vinci robotic surgery system, and incoming physicians receive mentorship from experienced colleagues.
