Job summary

Stratton Group LLC in the Atlanta area is seeking two generalist OB/GYN physicians to join a well-established private obstetrics and gynecology group that has served the community for over 30 years.

The position features a full-scope OB/GYN role with call shared at 1:9, supported by in-house laborist coverage and hospitalists, and a diverse practice offering a broad obstetric/gynecologic service menu along with a path toward partnership in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-scope generalist OB/GYN role.
• Call shared at 1:9 with in-house laborist coverage and hospitalist physicians.
• Practice averages 150-160 deliveries per month.
• Comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological services including birth control, minimally invasive surgery, robotics, colposcopy, HTA, pelvic floor therapy, MonaLisa Touch, urodynamics and related in-office procedures.

OBGYN Opportunity - Established Private Practice | Atlanta Area

This well-established and highly respected private obstetrics and gynecology group has been serving the Atlanta community for over 30 years. Due to upcoming retirements and staff relocation, the practice is seeking to add two generalist OB/GYN physicians to their team.

The Position

• Full-scope generalist OB/GYN role
• Call shared at 1:9, supported by in-house laborist coverage and hospitalist physicians - a sustainable, lifestyle-friendly model
• Practice averages 150-160 deliveries per month
• Comprehensive range of obstetrical and gynecological services, including birth control, minimally invasive surgery, robotics, colposcopy, HTA, pelvic floor therapy, MonaLisa Touch, urodynamics, and additional in-office procedures
• Note: this is a pro-life practice

Practice & Support

The group currently consists of ten OB/GYN physicians - six practicing full-scope OB/GYN and four focusing exclusively on gynecology - along with two full-time laborists, six CNMs, and three women's health nurse practitioners. Physicians work out of three well-appointed office locations equipped with state-of-the-art technology and modern EMR and practice management systems, allowing them to focus on patient care and satisfaction.

Clinical Facilities

The group admits to a large, full-service community hospital equipped with a NICU, Da Vinci robotic surgery, and full subspecialty support.
