Job description

As a front administrative receptionist, you will hold a pivotal role in the healthcare setting, providing crucial administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of this fast-paced clinic. Your responsibilities include aiding providers and patients with various tasks related to patient care, office organization, and communication. The primary goal is to execute all duties professionally, accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Check-in/Check-out patients timely.
  • Schedule appointments to ensure a seamless patient flow.
  • Answer phone calls and make calls to follow up on requests.
  • Assist patients in answering questions or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collect and process patient payments.
  • Verify demographics, DL, insurance, intake forms, and uploads into the EMR system.
  • Maintain office supplies/equipment.
  • Maintain in the organization of the front office/reception area.

We are looking for serious candidates who are capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Benefits outlined will be accessible after a 3-month period of review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
