Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Per Diem OB/GYN to join our women’s health team and provide coverage when full-time providers are unavailable. You will perform antepartum, intrapartum, deliveries, and gynecologic care with the option to select shifts that fit your schedule.

Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN, hold an MD or DO, and possess an Arizona license with hospital privileges.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Arizona medical license and ability to obtain hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services including antepartum, intrapartum, deliveries, and gynecologic care.
• Deliver flexible per diem coverage with clinic and hospital shifts in central Phoenix.
• Collaborate with a dynamic women’s health team and maintain high-quality patient care.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Per Diem OBGYN, you will join our dynamic women’s healthcare team in central Phoenix to help provide essential coverage when full-time providers are off.

You will deliver comprehensive OB/GYN services, including antepartum, intrapartum, deliveries, and gynecological care. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your shifts to align with your work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you must be board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN and possess a strong passion for clinical excellence. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are essential.

Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Completed ACGME Residency training
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
• Team-oriented provider passionate about providing quality care and furthering the healing ministry, while serving the poor and underprivileged

Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed provider group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 sub-specialty services. The physicians and APPs provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.
