Job summary

Northeast Medical Group, part of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a Per Diem OB/GYN Board Certified/Board Eligible physician to contribute to obstetrics and gynecology care, education, and scholarly activities within a national health system.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in inpatient and outpatient settings, supervising residents, teaching Yale School of Medicine students, and collaborating with advanced practice providers to drive quality

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Current Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Eligibility for clinical privileges and medical staff appointment.
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology.

This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women's healthcare while participating in medical education, resident training, quality initiatives, and scholarly activities within a nationally recognized health system.

• Strong clinical skills in general obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive surgery.
• Experience or interest in resident and medical student education.

Preferred

• Interest or experience in gynecologic ultrasound.
• Experience with clinical research methodology and statistics.
• Interest in family planning services.
