UVA Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) with women's health and/or obstetric experience to join a growing OB/GYN practice. This role is designed for APPs who thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment and are passionate about providing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care.
The APP will work closely with OB/GYN physicians, hospitalist and a dedicated, high quality team to deliver comprehensive care to women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and gynecologic care episodes.
The role is structured to promote clinical excellence, patient access, and provider sustainability, with clear scope of practice, strong physician support, and a highly engaged team.

The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of $55.07 - $67.75 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
