NOW Healthcare Recruitment is assisting a growing private practice in Casper, WY to recruit two OB/GYN physicians. The role offers a base salary of $350,000–$400,000 per year with a $100,000 sign-on bonus and a potential partnership after 2–3 years.

Clinic schedule includes 1 OR day, 2 clinic days, and 1–2 days in Labor & Delivery, with day calls at 1:4 and no night call. The practice sees roughly 20 patients daily in clinic and about 20 new OB/GYN patients monthly; the hospital handles around

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN
• WY state license required
• J1 or H1B accepted

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 1 OR day, 2 clinic days, 1–2 days in L/D
• Day call 1:4; no night calls
• See ~20 patients per day in clinic
• See ~20 new patients per month per OB/GYN
• Hospital performs ~900 deliveries per year
