Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions seeks an OB Laborist for an in-hospital, 24-hour in-house call schedule in North Dakota (Fargo). The facility handles about 120 deliveries monthly, with 16 L&D/PP rooms and 1 OB OR. ND license or IMLC required; board-certified OB/GYN (ABMS or AO A) preferred.

Must manage VBACs and cesareans; Epic EMR experience strongly preferred. Typical pattern: 2–3 24‑hour shifts per month. Collaboration with midwives is required in a Level II trauma setting; credentialing

Qualifications

• Must be OB/GYN board-certified (ABMS or AO A).
• ND license or IMLC required.
• Comfortable performing VBACs and cesarean deliveries.
• Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred.

  • Need 24 hours off between shifts
• 16 labor/delivery/postpartum rooms
• 1 OB dedicated OR
• Physicians do about 65% of all deliveries
• Estimated 120 deliveries per month
• OB ABMS or AOA board-certified
• Must be comfortable working with a Midwife
• Comfortable doing VBAC's and c-sections
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Level II trauma
