Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a Board-certified/Board-eligible OB/GYN to provide 24-hour laborist coverage in Fargo, ND. Inpatient, call-only assignment runs Nov 19, 2026 through Sep 1, 2027, with in-house call every 3–4 shifts per month and a 30-minute response time.

You will work with midwives, manage VBACs and cesarean deliveries, and benefit from travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage; temporary privileges are available.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• ND or IMLC license is required.
• Fellowship training is required.
• Strong Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide laborist coverage for obstetrics and gynecology in an inpatient setting.
• Manage labor and delivery, including routine vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Handle high-risk obstetric cases, including VBACs and breech deliveries.
• Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage (3–4 shifts per month) with overnight hotel stay until called in.
