Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Surgical Scrub/OB tech to assist in the operating room under the direction of a registered nurse. The role requires current Illinois CNA or Surgical Scrub certification and CPR, with OB tech experience considered a plus. Strong customer service and compassionate patient care are essential.

Shifts are nights, 12-hour, 3 per week, with every 3rd weekend and holiday coverage. Final pay may vary by licensure, certs, and experience.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• OB Tech experience is a plus.

Summary:

Performs duties as a surgical scrub and assist with preparation / cleanings for surgical procedures. Renders hands-on-care under the direction of the RN.

Requirements:

Currently certified by the state of Illinois as a CNA OR Surgical Scrub. Current CPR. Previous OB Tech experience a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to care for patients with compassion. Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

Work Shift Details:

Nights -12 Hours, 3 12-hour shifts; 1830-0700; every 3rd weekend; holiday group

The expected pay for this position is listed below:

$21.00 - $24.00
