Job summary

The University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technician to support RN-led procedures across all patient ages. You will stock and maintain unit supplies and act as a scrub/assistant team member, helping ensure patient safety and smooth OR workflow.

You will demonstrate professional commitment, promote teamwork, and adhere to AORN/ACOG standards while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification must be obtained within 4 months of hire.
• Surgical Technician program/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on procedures under RN supervision.
• Stock and maintain unit supplies.
• Serve as scrub/assistant team member to support patient care.
• Contribute to unit quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
