Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Obstetric Surgical Technologist for Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, UT. You will prepare the surgical suite, assist with obstetric procedures, maintain sterile fields, and support the team to deliver safe, compassionate care for mothers and newborns.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
• Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety
• Providing instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures
• Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly
• Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience
