Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a part-time Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for the OB Department. You will assist with cesarean procedures, support patients and collaborate with the surgical team in a fast-paced maternity setting.

The role emphasizes patient-focused care, rooming patients, taking vitals, baby baths, and stocking, while also performing Unit Clerk and CNA duties to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) as NBSTSA or TS-C NCCT is required.
• Basic Life Support for healthcare providers certification required at hire.
• Part-time CST in a Night Shift with 24 hours per week for the Nampa OB Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cesarean procedures by setting up and preparing for surgeons and staff under RN supervision.
• Support Maternity Center patients: rooming, chart setup, vitals, baby baths, stocking.
• Perform Unit Clerk and CNA duties to support patient care.
