Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff at various levels.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Collects relevant patient data and analyzes health information.
• Develops and implements care plans to attain outcomes.
• Evaluates progress toward outcomes and adjusts plans as needed.
