As a Registered Nurse, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, plan and coordinate care, and participate in discharge planning within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license KY (KY RN)
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Performs assessment and analyses patient problems to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements or modifies plans of care with education and discharge planning, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers care with respect for patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy and treatments in accordance with policies.
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of desired patient outcomes.
