Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• KY RN license required upon hire.
• BLS CPR required at hire; ACLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and analyzes patient problems using critical decisioning to determine interventions.
• Implements and modifies plan of care with standards of care and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates nursing care with patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to deliver ethical, patient-centered care.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of desired patient outcomes.
