Job summary

Ascension Tulsa is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the OB department at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. The RN will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications include a nursing diploma, Oklahoma RN licensure, and BLS within 30 days of hire. This is a full-time days position with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
