Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Returns Auditor II for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM). You will inspect and test tools from 30 Day Returns, read RMA forms, and determine dispositions.

Responsibilities include completing dielectric tests on corded products, maintaining daily count paperwork, upholding 5S and safety, and assisting as needed. Requires HS diploma, basic math/computer skills, and 1–2 years in electrical or mechanical repair.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED diploma required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills required.
  • Must have basic math and computer skills.
  • Must have one to two years of previous experience in electrical or mechanical repair.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and complete work in a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

  • Read and comprehend RGA (RMA) forms, packing list, or return goods form.
  • Visually inspect all tool models for cleanliness and ensure all parts are returned.
  • Inspect and test tools for proper functionality and make disposition decisions.
  • Complete dielectric test on all corded products to ensure proper operation.
  • Track daily counts and complete check sheets for each inspected order.

Job Description:Returs Auditor II 1st shift Monday- Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PMThe Returns Auditor is responsible for inspecting and testing tools from 30 Day ReturnsDuties and ResponsibilitiesRead and comprehend RGA (RMA) forms, packing list, or return goods formVisually inspect all tool models for cleanliness and to ensure all parts for the tools are returnedInspect and test all tool models for proper functionalityMake disposition decisionsReview paperwork to ensure tools are dispositioned correctlyComplete dielectric test on all corded products to ensure proper operationResponsible for quality of workTrack and complete daily count paperworkComplete check sheet for each order inspectedAssist within the department as neededPractice 5S and SafetyAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned including working alternate shifts and weekends as neededPhysical DemandsStand for long periods of time while inspecting toolsMust be able to lift 30 poundsFrequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of parts and containersRepetitive motionAble to work in various temperature conditionsEducation and Experience Requirements:High School or GED diploma requiredExcellent organizational skills and time management skills requiredMust have basic math and computer skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to perform work per instructions and within reasonable time.Must have one to two years of previous experience in electrical or mechanical repairMechanical and diagnostic skillsPhysical and Weight Lifting DemandsThe physical and weight lifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
