Qualifications

• Read and understand returns forms and packing lists.
• Visually inspect tools for cleanliness and complete parts
• Inspect and test tools for proper functionality
• Ensure correct disposition of returns

Responsibilities

• Read RGA/RMA forms and packing lists.
• Visually inspect all tool models for cleanliness and complete parts
• Inspect and test tools for proper function
• Make disposition decisions and review paperwork
• Complete dielectric test on corded products
• Maintain quality of work and daily count paperwork
• Complete order check sheets and assist as needed
• Practice 5S and safety; work alternate shifts as needed
