WellTech Partners in Porterville, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Obstetrics/Postpartum unit. This full-time night shift role delivers holistic care to mothers and newborns in a supportive acute-care hospital setting.

Required credentials include CA RN license and BLS; NRP is required for OB-experienced nurses or within 6 months for newcomers. Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 apply for 3+ years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required (or obtained during orientation).
• NRP required for experienced OB nurses; within 6 months for OB newcomers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/interpret clinical documents.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat across antepartum, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Support families through neonatal loss with sensitivity.
• Encourage breastfeeding and newborn care education.
• Coordinate in Delivery Room and OR during C-sections with teams.
• Perform newborn assessments and screenings.
