Qualifications include BLS, Surgical Technology certification, CNA experience, and completion of Carle's HCT In Training Program. The role offers an hourly wage range of $19.86 to $32.17 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days or as required.
• Certificate of Completion: Surgical Technology.
• CNA experience or related medical training.
• At least one semester of nursing clinical experience.
• Completion of Carle's HCT In Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile environment and aseptic technique.
• Assists during operative procedures and passes instruments.
• Supports patient care in obstetrical and intraoperative settings.
• Performs room turnover and equipment coordination.
• Assists with venipuncture, vital signs, and specimen transport as directed.
