• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and patient safety.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
