Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure in state or compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and care team on individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving CPR/code team activities.
• Maintains infection control and promotes patient safety.
• Documents patient care and education in the medical record.
