Qualifications
- RN license is required and CPR/BLS certifications are required.
- Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
Responsibilities
- Monitor nursing staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals.
- Foster professional growth by organizing training and mentoring staff.
- Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
