Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 0–1 year experience is required.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) within 90 days or ARRT Sonography preferred.
• Diploma or certificate in Diagnostic Imaging required or equivalent.
• Strong reading/writing English skills and computer literacy for imaging systems needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and exam orders; prepare and clean equipment.
• Explain procedures with patient comfort and confidentiality in mind; collaborate with staff.
• Perform ultrasound exams and assist training of staff and students.
• Participate in departmental QA, research, and improvement projects.
