Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in the OB/Nursing Department for a full-time 36-hour week. The role features a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus and 12-hour rotating shifts across days and nights, with every third weekend and holiday and occasional on-call requirements.

Licensure as an RN in Iowa or multi-state licensure is required, with ACLS/BLS certifications and Mandatory Reporter training.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Iowa and/or multi-state licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate required as an employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality direct care to our inpatients and ED patients.
• Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:00pm, 7:00pm–7:00am).
• Every third weekend, every third holiday and occasional call.
