Job summary

Domnovate in Atlantic, IA is seeking an RN to support obstetric care and medical-surgical duties on a 13-week W-2 contract. The assignment runs 7 a.m.–7 p.m. with weekend/holiday coverage and no on-call, offering clinical variety and strong team relationships.

Active Iowa RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications, and facility credential reviews are required. Travel reimbursements may apply under Domnovate's policy.

Job description

Total Compensation: $70.73–$74.56/hour*

Support growing families through labor, delivery, postpartum care and recovery, bringing calm communication and strong assessment skills to meaningful moments. When there are no obstetric patients, share your nursing skills with the medical-surgical team. The combination offers clinical variety while keeping patient and family relationships at the heart of your work.

Assignment Overview

• Atlantic, Iowa 50022
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Days, 7 a.m.-7 p.m., including every third weekend and holiday coverage; no call.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $35.54–$39.37.
