Qualifications

• Requires an ASN in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an active NLC RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification through the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, education, care coordination, outreach, and referral management for pregnant and postpartum individuals.
• Work in clinical and community settings to meet clients where they are and reduce barriers.
• Travel across the service area with reliable transportation.
• Support maternal-infant health services for infants and women of childbearing age.
