Job Summary:

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a full-time, board-certified OB-GYN to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team. This role offers flexibility, professional support, and a meaningful impact. It is ideal for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and seek a collaborative and empowering environment.

Qualified Candidates:

• 24-hour shifts
• No on-call duties
• Flexible, predictable scheduling supporting work-life balance
• Minimum of six shifts per month (18 per quarter)
• First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
• Strong, reliable backup call system
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED, gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
• Supported by experienced operational and clinical teams
