Skagit Regional Health is seeking an OB Hospitalist to support our program at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, Washington. The role includes 24/7 coverage for our Family Birth Center, with an emphasis on mentorship and collaboration within a supportive team.

Qualified candidates will have an ACGME accredited residency and Board Certification in OBGYN, plus WA licensure and NRP/EFM certifications. The position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Certification in OBGYN is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of practice experience is required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington license before start.
• Current AHA NRP certification required before start.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide L&D triage and ED consultation with GYN backup.
• Provide backup to our employed midwife group, FM/OB providers, and other community delivering providers.
• This is a 0.5 FTE position with 42, 24-hour shifts per year.
• Mentor SRH Family Medicine Residents and outside Medical Students.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR platform across the system.
