Moore OBGYN in Maryland is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Sonographer for a full-time role. You will perform and record ultrasound diagnostic tests, including OB, GYN, and Doppler studies, following established procedures.

The position requires RDMS certification and strong patient communication skills; opportunities for professional development and advancement are available within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must have RDMS certification; OB/GYN experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain procedures and comfort patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record ultrasound diagnostic tests in OB/GYN and related areas.
• Prepare examination area, identify patients, and explain procedures.
• Adjust equipment settings and capture quality images as required.
• Photograph images, record results, and file reports for physician review.
• Discuss results with physicians and assist with follow-up studies as needed.
• Maintain patient records with accurate information and ensure organization.
• Keep equipment and work area clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Stay current with ultrasound techniques and equipment through ongoing education.
