Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in acute care setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform abdominal, pelvic, vascular, obstetrical, small part examinations.
• Ability to learn non-imaging vascular exams.

Responsibilities

• Complete procedure and documentation of diagnostic images, based on provider order, for the Radiologist’s interpretation.
• Responsible for the care and comfort of patients during any diagnostic sonogram.
• Exhibit clear communication with patients and team; maintain safety and accuracy during imaging.
• Operate ultrasound equipment with understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
