Women’s Care is seeking an OBGYN Triage Nurse (LPN) to handle extensive OB/GYN triage by phone, prepare patients for exams, and support providers during procedures within a fast-paced office.

The role requires an LPN license, BLS/CPR, and strong communication. You will document vitals, medical history, and assist with patient education, while upholding HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong bedside manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a stressful, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, providers, and patients in a courteous and effective manner.
• Ability to use a computer and enter data in electronic medical record system, eCW a plus.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional clinical care for OB/GYN patients by telephone triage.
• Performs fetal NST and prepares patients for examination.
• Records medical history, vitals, and chief complaint.
• Performs phlebotomy, injections and specimen collection as directed.
• Authorizes drug refills as directed by the provider.
• Educates patients with information and instructions per provider.
• Maintains sterile environment and safe work practices.
• Represents the office in a professional manner.
