Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Maintains accurate and current patient records.
• Triage phone calls and in-person patient needs for prioritizing treatment.
• Communicates assessment data and care plans to the team.
• Reviews test results and coordinates follow-up with providers.
• Administers medications and procedures as ordered by providers.
• Provides care to OB/GYN patients, including OB post-op care and fetal monitoring.
• Interviews newly pregnant patients for initial OB visit with complete medical history.
