Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved Nursing program is required.
• 2 years Experience as a RN in a healthcare setting is required.
• 1-3 years Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs full range of leadership responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing employees; manage performance; planning and directing work; promote teamwork and high-quality work environment.
• Analyzes and recommends changes in department processes to increase efficiencies and implements solutions.
• Acts as liaison for providers, delivers professional nursing care under supervision, assists in scheduling, triage, and patient chart preparation.
• Supports clinic-wide customer service initiatives and serves as a customer service role model; reviews satisfaction data with physicians and staff.
• Supervises purchasing of supplies and recommends equipment within budget.
• Plans and coordinates services with staff and other departments to meet patient needs.
