Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the OB/GYN department for the Allouez/Green Bay area. The role supports comprehensive nursing care, patient assessments, and care coordination within a multi-specialty clinic.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure safe, high-quality care and a positive patient experience, while maintaining high standards of documentation and privacy in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred for higher responsibility.
• Current Wisconsin RN license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across diverse clinical scenarios.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care: rooming, vitals, meds, vaccines, procedures.
• Respond to patient questions via calls, messages, or in person with education and guidance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and adhere to privacy and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered workflows.
• Support clinic operations and adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and schedules.
