Job summary

Med Center Health in Bowling Green, KY, invites applications for a Faculty/PD role in Women’s Health within our OB/GYN residency program. You will help develop curricula, mentor residents, and participate in clinical and academic governance while balancing administrative and clinical duties.

Ideal candidates bring board certification in OB/GYN, Kentucky licensure, and at least three years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited residency.

Qualifications

• Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Minimum of three years documented educational/administrative experience as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited OBGYN residency program.
• Willing to combine administrative, teaching, and clinical responsibilities (50/50).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing our curriculum and maintaining our didactics.
• Serve as a role model and mentor to OB/GYN residents.
• Assist with administrative duties, including resident recruitment, clinical competency committee, and program evaluation committee.
• Take initiatives in quality improvement projects and other research and scholarly activities.
• Teaching and administrative experience is highly desired.
