PAGNY, the Physician Affiliate Group of New York, seeks a Residency Program Director for the Obstetrics & Gynecology department at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. The role leads program launch, curriculum design, and educational oversight while guiding residents and faculty in a major NYC health system.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in New York State.
• Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Proven clinical and administrative leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, strategize, and launch a new OB/GYN residency program.
• Develop an educational curriculum.
• Monitor and follow up on residency performance indicators.
• Strengthen teaching skills of existing staff and prepare for transition to roles as educators.
• Foster the academic and professional development of residents.
• Manage clinical scheduling of residents and monitor residents' duty hours as required by ACGME.
• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with ACGME Program Requirements.
• Oversee administration and educational activities.
• Direct supervision of all program residents and program staff.
• Provide direct patient care outside of resident program panels as required.
