Job summary

Advocate Health Park Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse in Obstetrics/Gynecology to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care. The role supports 4x10s or 5x8s schedules, totaling 40 hours weekly in a patient-focused environment.

You'll deliver safe, therapeutic care following established standards, applying evidence-based practice and compassionate communication to enhance the patient experience across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 4 day work week, 4x10's, 7-1730 (Monday - Friday)
• 5 day work week, 5x8's, 800-1630 or 830-1700 (Monday - Friday)
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
