Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as an NP or PA.
• Graduate degrees as listed in Education section.
• California NP Furnishing Number and NP Certificate (and RN License) per licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect subjective data (obtain history).
• Collect objective data (perform a physical exam).
• Develop an assessment (diagnosis).
• Develop and implement a management plan.
• Facilitate the referral of patients to appropriate health facilities and resources.
• Order pharmacologic interventions.
• Develop and implement an educational plan.
• Plan for appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per Kaiser Permanente policies.

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN and NP Program OR graduate of an accredited PA program
