Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current, valid Utah Physician License (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• BLS certification (and other specialty certifications as required)

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality, patient-centered OB/GYN care
• Participation in a multidisciplinary care team
