- Flexible 4- or 4.5-day work week schedule
- 1:4 call shared with a nearby campus
- Team includes 1 OB and 2 midwives with APP support
- Mini sabbatical after completing 3 years of service
- Hospital and practice located in the same parking lot
- Stable OR and endoscopy support with no traveler staff needed
- Epic and Provation used for documentation
